Project Title: Affordable Housing for Whom?

Founded in 1999 by two homeless men, Picture the Homeless believes that homeless people have human and civil rights regardless of their race, creed, color or economic status. The Affordable Housing for Whom? campaign will work to develop and implement alternative ways New York City determines eligibility for subsidized housing. Support from the FAR Fund will enable Picture the Homeless to further their campaign to include an analysis of current housing policies and an alternative model for stable, affordable and supportive housing.
